De wielerklassieker wordt al sinds 1985 verreden en Rhenen wordt graag in de ronde opgenomen. Dit jaar kwam het peloton maar liefst 5 keer door de Grebbestad met als grote trekkers de Grebbeberg en de Paardenveld.<\/p>\n<p>Bij de laatste doorkomst was er een kopgroep van 6 man met een voorsprong van net iets meer dan een minuut op het peloton.
